Bond 50

It is now a little over 50 years since the first James Bond movie, so I think it is time to tell my favorite quote from the series. It is actually from a James Bond film that isn’t part of the official series: “Never Say Never Again”:

Fatima Blush (the ‘villainess’) water-skis up the ramp to a bar and lands in James Bond’s arms:

Fatima Blush: Oh, how reckless of me. I made you all wet.
James Bond: Yes, but my martini is still dry.

Feeling detached

My mind seems to be drifting more and more. Often I am not even sure where it is going, when it leaves me.

Few weeks ago, I took on a journey to the southern part of the Globe. (For me a long journey, since I live in the northern part of the World). I hoped my mind would go with me on the trip to the other end of the World. And I think it did.

I still haven’t figured out, if it is a problem with a wandering mind – and if it is: what to do about it.

Back to basics

Sorry if it is hard to read. I do not have any experience, writing with a feather pen.

It says:
These words are written with ink and a real old-school feather pen on paper.
The words are then scanned into a computer to get published on my blog.

Watchmen

When I first saw the movie Watchmen, I was totally unprepared of what I was about to see – and therefor missed the concept.
So I had to see it a second time – and got blown away by the story … But still didn’t understand it.

I have now seen the film a couple of times more, and figure out more and more each time.

I have come to the conclusion this might be one of the most brilliant and intelligent and thought provoking movies ever made.

A warning: It all started with a cartoon, before it was made into a film, but it isn’t for children.
